After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles. Jason was not only extremely coherent and detailed in explaining what he did, he also went above and beyond just to make sure all my other similar related issues were fixed on top of that. (Also Jason if you read this, the boot time is actually what it was before, so you also fixed this as well!) Basically to make a long story short, if you want something fixed and done the right way the FIRST TIME, bring in your PC to CompuDoc. These guys know what they're doing and they value the customer's time and money.

I went to Best Buy and it was gonna require me to order the battery and be a two week process. Got referred to Compu dock, Jason ordered the battery Thursday afternoon. It came in Friday morning.
