May 23, 2025our laptop was locked and unfortunately we could not access ANYTHING. We took it to another computer repair and they couldn't access anything said to mail it To a computer repair in calif. We elected To try CompuDoc Jason Fox was the computer guru! Long story short; Jason worked on it a couple days and was able to recover almost all our information. He was patient and informative.WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON AT COMPUDOC!!!
