After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles. My Dell Inspiron had begun to demonstrate the typical problems associated with running out of disc space. I called Jason, and he told me to go ahead and bring it in. He was able to get the hard drive replaced, added memory and replaced the CPU fan on the same day for a very reasonable and competitive price. Amazing! I know where I will be going for any future computer repairs.
