I went to Best Buy and it was gonna require me to order the battery and be a two week process. Got referred to Compu dock, Jason ordered the battery Thursday afternoon. It came in Friday morning. Dropped in at CompuDoc with problems with my business laptop. Was greeted by Jason Fox who was able to take a look at my laptop and fix right then. He also made some very helpful recommendations for my device, which were appreciated. The fact that my problem was fixed without having to leave it was awesome.
