Jason was amazing. He found and fixed the corrupted files and now my computer is back to beast-mode. A huge relief because we thought it may have been a hardware failure at first. Very affordable and everyone I spoke to was professional and friendly. I absolutely recommend Compudoc for any of your computer needs.

After wasting $200 dollars at BestBuy only for them to tell me it was "this or that" without actually zeroing in on the primary issue of my PC, I decided to go local and was happy that I did. I'm somewhat familiar with PC's and can usually fix them myself, but this particular issue of mine had me spinning in circles. Jason was not only extremely coherent and detailed in explaining what he did, he also went above and beyond just to make sure all my other similar related issues were fixed on top of that. (Also Jason if you read this, the boot time is actually what it was before, so you also fixed this as well!) Basically to make a long story short, if you want something fixed and done the right way the FIRST TIME, bring in your PC to CompuDoc. These guys know what they're doing and they value the customer's time and money.

Jason worked very hard for a week trying to retrieve our blocked information. He was very professional and informative. He ended up having to put a new drive in our laptop and setting it up for us. He will work very hard for you if you have computer issue. Dave

Best compudoc ever! They are patient and let me know what parts do i need after inspection. They take their time make sure everything good and also sent me a Pic of my pc and show me what's the problem. And the price is really good! 👍

He was patient with me. Answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was dumb and helped educate me on what my issues were! I will 100% use them again for my next computer need!

our laptop was locked and unfortunately we could not access ANYTHING. We took it to another computer repair and they couldn't access anything said to mail it To a computer repair in calif. We elected To try CompuDoc Jason Fox was the computer guru! Long story short; Jason worked on it a couple days and was able to recover almost all our information. He was patient and informative. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND JASON AT COMPUDOC!!!

Dropped in at CompuDoc with problems with my business laptop. Was greeted by Jason Fox who was able to take a look at my laptop and fix right then. He also made some very helpful recommendations for my device, which were appreciated. The fact that my problem was fixed without having to leave it was awesome. Gaming computer, would freeze up every time you turned it on. The folks at CompuDoc, are very nice people. And beyond that they do excellent work. I will never hesitate to take a computer back to them again.

had my computer cleaned (spilled coke in it) and Jason did great! no more sound or anything! Also managed to save files from my sisters messed up computer a week or two back that she’s needed forever! Great service quick and good work.

My Dell Inspiron had begun to demonstrate the typical problems associated with running out of disc space. I called Jason, and he told me to go ahead and bring it in. He was able to get the hard drive replaced, added memory and replaced the CPU fan on the same day for a very reasonable and competitive price. Amazing! I know where I will be going for any future computer repairs.

Brought wife's iPad in for tech assist (intermittent charging issue). Ms. Christy was very pleasant and Mr. Jason checked out the device and provided provided invaluable information and some additional tips/tricks. White glove customer service and technical support. Don't hesitate to call on CompuDoc if any of your "geek gear" start acting up. First rate operation from entrance to exit. Bravo Zulu CompuDoc!!!
